Detailed Introduction to Routine Maintenance of Foam Densifier

Foam densifier has become more and more popular in the market in recent years. Its emergence has solved the scheme of foam recycling and jointly built the cause of environmental protection. However, for this dark horse in the development of the domestic market, we must not ignore its maintenance measures at ordinary times.

It shall be operated by full-time personnel. Generally, the main engine is not allowed to operate under no-load, so as to avoid scratches of screws and barrels. When the machine is shut down, when there is materially stored in the cylinder, it is strictly prohibited to start the machine again if the specified process temperature (including thermal insulation) is not reached, so as to avoid damaging the extruded parts and causing accidents.

Before putting the foam densifier into operation, lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity must be added. The oil needs to be changed after the first use for about 200 hours, and then every six months. The lubricating oil must be drained and flushed, and then new lubricating oil must be added to the center of the oil standard. The too high or too low oil levels may cause the operating temperature to rise. The operating ambient temperature of the gear reducer is – 40 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃. If it is lower than 0 ℃, the lubrication shall be preheated to above 0 ℃ before startup. If it is higher than 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken. The lubricating oil grade of the gear reducer is l-ckc220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil.

The raw materials to be processed must be clean, and sundries such as metal, cloth belt, and sand shall be strictly prevented from entering the feeding port to prevent damage to the rotary knife, barrel, and screw. If any abnormality is found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair.

Regularly check whether the chain is loose. If it is loose, please tension it in time. Loosen the adjustable reducer when extruding the transmission parts, loosen the four fixing screws fixing the reducer, adjusting the reducer to tension the chain, and then tighten the four fixing screws. Adjust the screw rods on both sides to counter the two sides of the reducer so that the foam densifier will not move during operation. The crushing transmission parts are loose, and the tensioning wheel can be adjusted. During adjustment, it must be carried out during a shutdown.
